Join us in the taproom for a wonderful evening of delicious, creative takes on classic Mardi Gras dishes, including Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and Cassoulet, paired perfectly with our latest beer offerings. Our guest chefs, Davena and Nick Jernigan of On a Roll, have worked closely with our head brewer to create an exciting menu that showcases local ingredients and compliments the flavor profiles of a wide range of our beers.
