A Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) beer experiment to taste the true flavors of Vienna Malt and Calypso Hops. The floral piney aroma blends with the bready-ness of the Vienna upon first sip. The dry finish accentuates the hop resin to transport you to cruising timber in an Alabama long leaf pine forest.
