King Cole Holiday Barleywine

The original King Cole Barleywine aged 6 months in Bourbon barrels, and flavored to taste like the holidays. What spices were used? Vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg? None. The answer is Brazilian Oak (aka Amburana) wood spirals. No spices were harmed in the making of this beer! Pairs well with maple-glazed ham and roasted chestnuts over an open fire.
